- Successful completion of BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (or related discipline) OR relevant vocational experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age at course commencement
- International learners must demonstrate they hold an IELTS 5.5 with no skills band less than 5 or equivalent
This course will give you the skills to develop initiative and judgment in planning, organising, implementing, and monitoring your own workload and the workload of others. It will also develop your communication skills, enabling you to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.
